I did the exact opposite. I have my wide cornering/yellow lense in place of factory fogs. The aux switch set are spot beam for further reach which I'd only run on backroads. I will say definitely aim the fogs some down, even with the wider cornering lenses there is a lot of light bleed...
I mean your points are all valid, on paper. However, trying to determine between 1.5" collars or 1" Eibach lift springs is splitting hairs 99% of people will likely not notice. Are you really going to notice a 1/2" of decreased down travel, I doubt it. I think some of your assessment are more...
I'd stick with +6 offset for Innov8 and that is entirely fine, negative offset can get touchy. Probably half the forum is running +0 as that is the most common offset and no issue with stock BFGs. Only when you get to the "true" 37's or run 13.50 wide versions does offset become slightly more...
I recently made this tweak in Forscan as well as enabling parking lights with DRL's so the grill and fender lights are on. However, I started with 4b (75%) and the DRL were noticeably brighter than the Parking Lights (grill/fenders). I have since dropped the DRL's down to 32 (50%) and it's...
My 23 also makes a slight odd rattle only in Normal mode which is odd considering I was under the impression 23's came with the updated exhaust valve that is part of the TSB.
There are plenty of rear spring options now through Geiser/Eibach and alike. Also, number of companies making pre-load spacers to help as well. In my towing experience the G3 still sags as the rear progressive springs are quite soft in their initial rate. My 14ft Aluma trailer and Can Am X3...
This is what I've read of the RPG 1.5" so likely will be perfect. I will likely start with those and hope for around 1" lift in Front and if needed add in the .5 or .75 R as you mentioned. Much as I like Eibach springs I'm not overly inclined to take apart my whole factory shock to install...
Yea my current plan would be to do 1.5” F and likely .5” or .75” Rear. Keeps around 1” of rake give or take but little more clearance in front for 37s and 0 offset wheels. I’d rather just do 1” Front spacer though if it exists.
So I’m wondering if anyone has come across a 1in front preload spacer? Maybe I’m splitting hairs but I’d like to keep a touch of rake since I tow my UTV but would like the added front clearance for my 37s on my 35. I’ve had my eyes on the RPG or FMI 1.5in spacers. RPG said no on making 1in...
Would enjoy knowing this as well. I've had my eye on the Ram 1000HD kit like above as well.
Has anybody heard an update if Airlift plans to release a Raptor specific version anytime soon?
How do you like the 35" AT3 vs the OEM BFG? Are those C or E rated ones? I wanted to steer clear of E rated ones due to ride quality but the C rated is oddly rated to only 35psi which is too low.
Not to derail the thread at all but if you are in any Eastern or PNW climates where it rains/snows alot the MT's, both Nitto and Toyo are garbage in snow, ice, and heavy rain conditions pure and simple. They lack the appropriate siping, tread pattern, and rubber durometer to perform well there...
Frankly, I hope it's a 1yr thing as Azure. However, I partly believe Azure is the more "special" color and Avalanche will likely become the new LFG. Which as a 23 Avalanche owner I'd be bummed a bit due to overall decrease in G3 rarity but oh well.
Devils advocate here...I get the rather annoying sense of paid for it but didn't get it attitude. However, how many of you will truly even know its not there? I would bet my title if nobody told anybody in these 12 pages that Ford pulled a fast one nobody would likely notice, I haven't on my...
Extremely helpful and about where I'm at as well in regards to BGGD kit. I might hold out for the year though being on the tail end of winter and hopefully by later this year part availability is better and maybe somebody figures out how to get digital knobs working Not a huge deal but if I'm...
Yes, I wouldn't touch your headlights. Short of clear XPEL anything you do is purely for looks and would cut down significantly on overall light output. That and the fact it's pretty darn illegal in most states. Tinting windows or taillights some is one thing, headlights is pretty useless imo...
Digging into this little more for 23 Heated Wheel Retrofit, so if we want to have a heated wheel and digital knobs these are the associated PN#:
ML3Z-3F791-BB (Clockspring)
ML3Z-14A664-B (SCCM)
ML3Z-19980-K (Digital Knobs)
From what I can tell that's about $400 in parts to retrofit, am I...
Its really both of those. The contrast of the black on black but matte vs gloss I like, especially with the black bolts. However, the new gloss black 318's look good too. If they did a DB 305 in +25 I'll be your first customer, if I can hold out.
They have a number of +25 offerings which is as close as your going to get to the stock +34. My only gripe with Method is why only include +25 in some colors and not others. Like if they had +25 Double Black 305's I'd order them even if every other Raptor has Methods.
