I got to demo a 2024 R yesterday ( belongs to owner of dealership ), I'd never driven an R so wow it was amazing. I had a 2021 37PP that was great, and now I'm in a 2023 35 truck that has been great as well. I really liked the 2024 HUD though I think it's novel, and the gauge cluster looks great...
Don't buy it, someone that can actually tell the ride difference between an XL and Raptor will appreciate it more. I don't care if tire pressure is 60 PSI, there's no comparing a normal F-150 to Gen 3 Raptor ride quality, you clearly didn't even notice the rear end is an entirely different...
Do the two interface? Yes, therefore there can be issues with how the two software programs interact depending on which version you're running. The dealer can install older software, to isolate the issues to the iOS alone. While most issues are on the iOS side, not all are. I like to eliminate...
For the Carplay issue with music playing but no sound, disconnecting wifi and reconnecting the is the only solution I have found. My dealer was useless with that. I've tried older iOS versions and most current with no permanent resolution.

For most things cordless ratchet, and mid/high impact I like these guys.
On the 37PP (802) it seems the Recaro seats have reduced the alcantara down to almost nothing, can anyone verify that? The Raptor R seems to have the full-ish alcantara, and the 802 is like the Recaro shape with 90% pleather.
I use my truck for work, Laptop still works best for me on top of the center console closed because of the height. But everyone will be different I get that, I'm just saying I don't find it or the retractable gear shift lever as "necessary" features, just added cost and parts to fail/cause problems.
The mistake was making the stupid work station basically "standard equipment" on Raptor's. Whole premise and application is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist IMO.
I'm 29, I've had hearing aids since I was 18. Congenital hearing loss that went undiagnosed until taking the ASVAB and getting a physical, missed out on a lot those years without knowing it. Go see an audiologist, it could change your life.
