Haha, well I have a blue one too and I don't drive like that. I like getting home in one piece. I love watching him do it though. I feel bad for the future buyer of that truck haha.
I love watching his videos because he is always raping that damn truck. I know it's technically ok, but I cringe hearing him constantly banging that thing off of the rev limiter.

That particular truck still wears the 6.2L badge so doubtful on the 5.8L SC. It would be cool but I see the sticker price jumping $3-5K if they drop the 6.2L in favor of the 4V 5.8L SC.
I think with the top perch and some light trimming of front inner fender wells you will be fine even at full lock and full compression with 37's. I am considering 37's myself because they look amazing and fill in the fender wells a little better.
