If these crooks are charging this much for a normal Raptor, imagine what these POS's are gonna want for an "R"......$150k :flipthebird::manos::yourself:
My uncle has a friend who's dad worked with his sister's cousin that married the lead technician who was part of the test mule production and he said they are testing a nuclear powered IndoRaptor RR for the 2023 model year.
Ran into a similar issue as you with the crooked *** stealership. Got cam phaser fix and a few weeks later I noticed oil spots in the garage. Brought it in and they found oil pan leak and timing cover leak. They said warranty will cover the oil pan but not the timing cover. I told them they...
Speaking of warranty, my 2017 Raptor 102500 miles just got the TSB cam phaser fix approximately 1.5 months ago. Noticed a wet spot on my black mat in the garage I park over. Upon inspection I realized it has been leaking for a while. Crawled under and saw drips everywhere. Took it to...
Little off topic but has anybody been keeping up with the Bronco Raptor? From the spy shots that thing looks like it gonna be a Beast. I thinking of holding out for the newest "Raptor" family member.
Just got mine done, took 3-4wks to get parts. Took 3 days for repair, not sure why. The TSB said 8-9hr job. I finally don't have to look over my shoulder or sneak out when nobody's around to start my truck.
Said I wouldn't do again.......and I did it again:banghead: I only use Ford quicklane as last resort, have experienced to many user errors with their high school auto mechanics trainees. Due to a back injury I had to use them for my oil change and wouldn't you know it they got me again. Manual...
THAT SUCKS!! They're gonna be alot of Gen3 Raptor owners pissed when they get they're doors blown off by an XLT Powerboost, those suckers are FAST. I found out the hard way :owned2: Looks like I'll be hanging on to tha ole Gen2 a little bit longer. I guess Gen3 was built by the guys at
Ford...
I have Endurance, they were the best rated of all the others. Got them with 80k on the odometer and have coverage up to 154k. Just used them for cam phaser issues. The claim process was a PITA, but they finally approved it 3wks later. They coverd everything except the FKN bolts and silicone for...
I like those guys, gives me about 10-15 mins of comedy. The salesman (at a Ford dealership) when I purchased my 2017 Raptor told me it had the coyote 5.0, didn't know how to operate the pano, didn't know the shocks were rebuildable, thought the manual paddles could only shift 1-6 of the 10...
I'm curious to know that answer also, but I also seen alot of Tacomas with the amber grill lights, and I know damn well they're not needed because of width.
The Raptor reveal video with the orange Raptor sitting on the ridge with drl's on, is the only shot of the Raptor looking badass. All others pics (IMO) it doesn't stand out and scream "RAPTOR" like the Gen2 does.
Not sure, but lots of post of new, low mileage and mall crawler raptor having the same issue. 1/2" to 1" higher on dvr or passenger side. I guess it's just one of those "part of the package" things. I really didn't notice it until I ran across a thread talking about it, and went out to measure mine.
Hey thanks Matrix, everyone I've talked to said new oem leafs won't help. I'm having the shocks checked and saving up for Icons. They're slightly cheaper than deavers. I appreciate the offer though.
