Back in October a 12' SCREW sold near my location for $42K with around 40k miles, Thats seems a little pricey.

Definitely won't do to money reasons, but the other reason is the engine. I can't wrap my head around a Raptor, or any pickup for that matter, with a v6 turbo, they belong in cars. I know Ford is trying to meet EPA regs, but maybe try getting better mpg's from a few other cars in their line up...

But the bracket with probably hit the edge of the hood while trying to slide it under, but..again..with one bolt still in the hood bracket lowering the hood to help manipulate the light bracket into place will be alot easier since its still bolted down with one bolt... i like it.

Yup, finally. Went to my uncles and had him also help us out. We ended up taking the hood right off the hood brackets, made it much easier to line up the holes with no weight. The other thing is, if the light brackets had more of a notch cut out so while trying to line up the holes it won't...

I was wondering about these. I was told by a Rory at RK Motorsprts that these can be removed for a total weight savings of about 200lbs, just from removing all the weights. -200lbs equals lots of HP!!!!

I'm sorry, but the Raptor with a 3.5 Eco-Boost is hardly a beast with 365 HP. A 5.0L Eco-Boost would be pure fantasy.

It is due for a shock rebuild, 45k on her, bought it with 43k. Not sure if it was off roaded, still on lower perch, and no signs of bottoming out on the stops. I took it out for a quick ride and parked on level ground, measurements were better, 9.75 and 10.625 off the top off the tire to flare.

As soon as we pulled the bolts on one side, the hinge moved way out of place, manipulating the bracket through the hood was kinda tricky and lining up the holes...
