I am not a fan of the collision avoidance warning. I could do without it and not care one bit. The only time it has gone off for me is when I have been behind a car moving over to the the right hand turn lane or clearing ahead of me while making a left turn. The loss of the adaptive cruise is...
Has anyone else had issues with their forward collision warning sensor this winter? I have put over 2k miles on my wife’s truck this last week. The first time I had an issue was during a 2 hour drive through constant rain. Near the end of the drive it finally stopped raining and the outside temp...
I remember reading a post last year where someone said that the LED lighting would not be good during the winter because they would not melt the snow and ice. Unfortunately I could not locate the post to reply, so I thought I’d post a couple of pics of my wife’s truck after driving all day...
I agree that 4H is the best choice if you are getting into that much snow, but 4A works as well. The truck will only go so far before it automatically switches itself over to 4H. You will get a message telling you that the truck has switched over to 4H. I took one of our trucks out on the lake...
Thanks for your usual worthless input Jake, you POS. Why don’t you slither off to a Ram forum and cause problems over there?
There are several threads on problems updating via WiFi. I have not done an update on either of our vehicles, but a number of folks on this forum have apparently had...
We stayed at a hotel just outside the Salt Lake City airport. It was a 30 minute drive to the course. We went to Park City for the brunch and it was a 45-50 minute drive from our hotel to Park City. If you stay in Tooele I’d just add the two times together and you’d have a rough estimate. Other...
“According to Minnesota State Statute 169.72, Every solid rubber tire on a vehicle must have rubber on its entire traction surface at least one inch thick above the edge of the flange of the entire periphery. No person shall operate or move on any highway any motor vehicle, trailer, or...
When you shift into “4A” does the grinding go away? It should if your hubs aren’t f****d. I had this start and the dealership put some form of tester on the vacuum line and said it was holding pressure. The tech test drove it and said he could not duplicate the issue. The next day I got the “ice...

This says it is for 2015-2017 F150’s. Both of our 2018’s are included in this and are scheduled to get it done next week. Our local service manager said it takes...
They had stickers for sale on the far side of the cashiers desk next to all the merchandise for sale in the lobby. They weren’t in a great spot for visibility, because if you didn’t walk around to the far side of the desk you had a hard time seeing them.
10k miles on each of our Raptors with no issues (and both have the pano sunroof). I was a Toyota person prior to our Raptors. Toyota doesn't have anything that compares either, so we are now Ford owners and so far haven’t regretted the switch. Sign up for the the Raptor Assault course in Utah...
When the FADEC is working they mean nothing to your engine, but if the FADEC reverts to manual the Ng (called N1 in most turbines) will go to the percent you have dialed in, which in this case would be 90 percent. This is a Bell 407.
I like the look of that, but would be worried about the snow up here ripping it right off of the vehicle. Note the snow packed into the fog pocket area of my truck in this picture. I had been running in snow even with the top of the bumper.
And I have to agree with Smurf (again) about the...
