Yeah… it’s actually hard to see the difference between the two front grills / lights. What i noticed, like you, was the height difference. Plus it even looks like the white one is pulled up closer. Inch or two difference there for sure. Wonder if the left one is 37 vs 35? Or maybe has...
Interesting… i had reached out to my dealer just asking about priority and the responded with a screenshot showing I’m at a priority 6 now… i don’t know if they instigated the revision or if it just happened in due process.
Question on your priority code 3. Was it that all along or did it change? Reading other old threads and internet crap… it sounds like 10-19 are customer retail orders and those priorities are dealer assigned. The 1-9 are apparently Ford Regional Rep assigned. It gets a little weird after...
I’ve been searching through many threads but am still confused on the process(s) for ordering / allocation / COVP / Scheduling / VIN, etc. I’ve placed an order for a MY24 37PP 802A. I’ve confirmed / signed the order and the dealer has given me the approved COVP. All of this has been via the...
It sounds like you do have quite a bit of experience with leafs... and as you’ve pointed out... you’ve had these in and out multiple times. You didn’t mention it, but i could have missed it... are you replacing u-bolts every time? If properly torqued... you’ve taken them to the point of yield...
Thanks! As for your question... Well... i guess not... but i did. I did one side before i noticed there are areas drilled out right where they will end up. Everyone talks about the groove cut into the stock bead locks. Mine stuck out too far for the groove and that is what i was fixated on...
When i bought all my BD lights from FordRaptorLights.com i also purchased their front liner extensions to help keep crap off the back of lights... my son and i just got around to putting them on. I really like them! A bit hard to photo... but here you go:
This is what we got:

i had a bunch of stuff i was doing to the truck yesterday... so my apologies for the lengthy post. Here are a few projects:
#1. Coat the new Icon leaf springs in Amsoil MPHD. Really nothing to see in a pic. It dries to a water repellent waxy coating. Looks like some decent protection!
#2...
I see this thread is a bit old... BUT... gotta share. So i had a laundry list of stuff i was doing to the truck today.... one of which was to coat the new leaf springs in Amsoil MPHD.
I sprayed some on a disposable paper shop towel... and then wiped my tips down. Not gonna lie... pretty...
@FlyingRaptor and @Mbdurham... did either of you get any rubbing issues post Bora spacer installation and did either of you do any front or rear suspension mods?

It seems like nobody really calls out folks who go with aftermarket wheels that adjust the offset to push the wheels out a bit. I think there are a few of us that actually like the factory wheel... appreciate the quality/strength of the factory beadlocks, but just want a minor stance...
Thanks for the response! And what you described makes sense too. I’m really excited to see how it handles heavily rutted / deep sand at Outer Banks 4x4 beach. Last year i took a Tundra TRDPro... and while i don’t personally think they are in the same class... it’s suspension clearly...
Yeah i kinda liked the concept of the bezel... but heard they were all pretty limited for adjustment. I never did try the SPP bracket based on my research. Throw a pic out there of how your lights sit in the opening with the SPP if you don’t mind. Helps the guys still choosing.

Just sharing my experience... limited as it may be. But mine fit the pocket and allows me to adjust as i wanted anyway...
Either way... I’m pleased. And based on experience would recommend FordRaptorLights.com. Harnesses were complete no brainer too. I wanted 3 switches for 3 sets... 1...
I can’t tell if it’s the camera view or what... but something doesn’t look right. I think all of the brackets, to some extent, struggle to fill the opening just right. But i went with Baja Designs lighting and ended up with the stainless Offroad Alliance bracket. Couldn’t be happier. I...
Ha!! Me neither! I’m headed to outer banks 4x4 beach in a few weeks. I always air down in my former trucks... no issues. Was kind of expecting some solid performance from the raptor in deeply rutted loose sand. But man... he buried that sumbitch... with a purpose!!
