Does not matter if it was ordered 1/26. Even though the dealer submitted before, it is highly unlikely your ordered was pulled before bulletin, entered and VIN. assigned. I can assure you, your truck does NOT have BlueCruise. Check your manufactured date. I guarantee it is not BEFORE 1/27...

As of 1/27 it was not available per order guide. Even if you paid the money, it was not on your truck. It would not be until the following week (if that) that it was entered into system, after they removed it. So your truck did not have the prep package.

Is it on your window sticker? I ordered mine back in June, took delivery in Sept and just got my letter 2 weeks ago.

You will get a refund if your VIN qualifies. Dealer does not have to even be involved. By the post above, yours probably did not have the prep package. Look at your Window Sticker.

Not sure. But I covered all the parts. Only thing I can think of is the short track, at the end you get as fast as you can and hit brakes hard to see the difference in stopping in each of the modes...
