Just rolled over 100K myself… Have done the plugs a couple times, and not due for a few thousand more, but gonna put in some Ruthenium plugs I just picked up. Also just replaced another coil, my second one; probably prudent to grab another since the other 4 are probably on their last legs too...

Changed the oil, and emptied the catch can… Gross! As usual, LoL

Thanks @FENNEC … I’m having my shocks rebuilt, and new tie rod ends/tie rods is also on the menu…one of those “while I’m in there” type preventive maintenance/upgrades. Was looking at just doing 1/2 rod ends to clear a potential brake upgrade too, but yours are very tempting at that...

@FENNEC is the finish raw aluminum, or clear-coat anodized? Also, please confirm it’s the full kit, with rod ends, heim joints, etc.; not just the tie rods.

It was the coil…easy fix. I initially swapped the wrong coil, because I’m a ******* and mis-remembered the firing order on the 3.5 ecoboost. LoL.

Thank you @FordTechOne appreciate your time and input! At 100K miles, it’s probably time to get those injectors tested and rebuilt/replaced anyway.

Will run a compression test tomorrow when I can find my stuff after moving crap between garages, but in the meantime did the basics: swapped coils (twice), and still getting misfire on the same cylinder. Swapped plugs too, and misfire still on cylinder #2. Have a new set of plugs, and will...
