The WDH should solve most of the squat when properly setup. Lock out 9th and 10th gear while towing and you should be fine. An intercooler won't hurt though
The factory exhaust has holes to allow for condensation to drain and wouldn't cause these issues, especially since they're downstream of any O2 sensors. I'd troubleshoot why you're getting a low voltage code for that sensor.
Does the plan you're looking at add 3 years and 60k miles? I assume the 3 years is correct, but most of the time the mileage is listed as total vehicle mileage
It was hard to get a pic that looked accurate. I have 3/16" clearance...
Here is what the factory clearance was if someone wants to gamble on ordering tie rods...
No issues with the factory beadlocks but I did order and use the spacers because it was close
Wouldn't the engine show up in the 802a package or in the optional equipment then? I'm not sure how it was on Gen1 when they had different engine options but I'm pretty sure on the non raptor line the engine is listed as an option
Finally got my brackets today and got the passenger side installed.. good news is I didn't need new tie rod ends. Will finish the drivers side tomorrow
Good catch.. it is opposite of the article linked in the OP

Most here seem to be running the Phoenix PX6 with Sergey's custom firmware. Here is a huge thread on it:

That's pretty common from what I've seen on this gen so far. Just reach out to Forscan support and send them logs and they will give you a new version that works. It has something to do with the calibration level of the module that they have to add to the software. They were really responsive...
The issue I think with something like that is you would need the other quick connect to do anything, which is most likely locked in the truck. And I don't think many people carry around those anderson type jumper cables. I think most who have done this are putting in something more like this...
You can also stop by an auto parts store and see if they can try and pull codes. Sometimes the generic scanners (not sure about the accessport) can't pull from all the modules
