Ford F-150 Raptor 2018 model with faults after updating Navigation/Map.

I know there is a country code in Forscan you can change, but I'm not sure what else may be needed to change regions. It really wouldn't hurt to try, you can always go back to the NA version. Maybe try F150Forums to see if anyone has changed regions and what all is needed

Ford F-150 Raptor 2018 model with faults after updating Navigation/Map.

Yep, you should be able to follow this site to get the files needed for Europe. The other link was just easier to get you back to a standard state. https://cyanlabs.net/tutorials/update-ford-sync-3-2-2-3-0-to-version-3-4-all-years-3-4-19200-2/

Ford F-150 Raptor 2018 model with faults after updating Navigation/Map.

Sounds like someone was trying to upgrade to 3.4 unofficially. It runs a format tool which is the mustang screen you see. Follow this thread, but you should just need to download folder 2 to a usb and run it. https://www.f150forum.com/f118/upgrade-sync-3-v3-0-v3-4-instructions-458828/

    Lost key fob

I don't think you will be able to program it yourself, unless Forscan can do it. You need two fobs to program another. Probably a dealer visit unless you know someone with IDS

Hot...Getting Hotter....Its Houston, but still pretty Hot

Isn't the JB4 tuner more of a piggyback tuner that just changes the sensors to trick the ECU into utilizing more boost? I'd try removing that and see how your temps change. Running constant high boost at low rpm can overwhelm the cooling system as it wasn't really designed for that.

    Help with OEM kicker Sub

You most likely just need to make some Forscan changes in the ACM instead of having to replace it. Try to find a VIN of a 2017 with Sync3 and pull the as-built from the ACM (& APIM) and compare to yours. Then reference the spreadsheet to see what changes may be needed

GEN 2 Top 10 Floor Mats - which do you have?

I think they used to be called 3D mats.. they look the same as these:

    Deaver/eibach combo ?

The as-built wouldn't change, it's the config of the module. I think you would need to look at the live PIDs to see what the shocks thought their height was before the reset. After the reset I assume they're zero. Maybe FordTechOne can confirm...

    Deaver/eibach combo ?

That is the as-built config of the VDM.. You're looking for a service procedure to reset the VDM. It would be in a different section of Forscan

    Part identification

So you just need the tube that connects to that inlet tube? Could it be the PCV or Crankcase hose? I haven't went out to look what's connected to it https://www.tascaparts.com/auto-parts/2018/ford/f-150/raptor-trim/3-5l-v6-gas-engine/emission-control-cat/evaporative-system-scat

Box 12 should include all 3 pieces and is why there is a box around it.. not cheap though

    Boat towing question

Do you know what the tongue weight is? Boats are typically lighter on tongue weight so you can get away with pulling a heavier load vs a normal trailer without needing a WDH which doesn't work well with most boat trailers as mentioned above

    2019 - NOT LEVEL W/ EIBACHS

Have you hauled anything heavy since you mention payload being weak? If so, you may have already flattened your rear springs some. I'm not positive, but I think 41" in the rear is a little low for a stock truck. Maybe someone else can confirm

    Transmission Temperature while Towing?

While that is not a very heavy load, I'd suggesting locking out 10th and most likely 9th when towing. It will help keep the temps down and most notice an improvement in fuel economy. Some of the long larger grades you can downshift further. The 3.5 doesn't need to downshift, but it does help...

2019 F150 Limited ecoboost HO exhaust

There are a couple videos in this post where someone had a TSB incorrectly applied that gave them a limited muffler... I think they have a flap in the mufflers that make it quieter than the raptor when just cruising. https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/2019-faulty-exhaust-tsb-19-2286.73201

I like that idea.. how bulky is just the circuit board and battery? Any issues with it pressing any of the "buttons" while in your wallet?

Auto Start/Stop FORScan Issue on 2019

Thanks for clearing that up. Do you have any information on the strategies used by the PCM to adjust the voltage? I was under the impression the BMS system is one of the factors it uses to determine what voltage to have the regulator output. Without knowing the state of charge it tries to...

Auto Start/Stop FORScan Issue on 2019

What you're saying about the constant voltage is true if the BMS is disabled. When BMS is enabled it will vary output as stated by 4rdFan. Also, your master tech is incorrect. BMS has been around at the very least since the 13+ trucks (No A.S.S.) although there are similar threads there about...

Auto Start/Stop FORScan Issue on 2019

I know it has been mentioned before, but still feel like it's worth repeating... If you back your foot off the brake after coming to a stop, you can easily avoid Auto Start/Stop from engaging. I can keep the truck running when I want to, but when I know I'm going to be stopped for a while or...

    2021 F150 spied

Just saw this engine lineup posted on another forum: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/2021-ford-f-150-engines-lineup-revealed.29/ If it's not fake, doesn't look like a 3.5HO option, although they still list the Raptor. Wonder if they're going to try and use the 3.5 HEV as the next...
