So sorry to hear this. I will miss his presence here. If there is a go fund me or something please post so we can do something to help.
Rest in peace OG!
Wow! I thought I carried a lot of stuff! The big difference is your stuff has a survival slant and rightfully so based on the places your pics show. I need to beef up my medical stuff for sure thanks for the inspiration.
I am envious of how much you get out in the wild!! Living in MI. is great and love the lakes and a different kind of beauty in the woods just not great open spaces like the west. Keep the pic coming!!
Last year was icy for sure to the east of Escanaba. I spun 2 twice on Norway for the first time in 9 years we did run it 3 times over the weekend so you know it was bound to happen. Love that road its a World rally style winter stage!! My favorite of the event!
To make this post legal I...
Can you trust that they torqued the beadlocks correctly? There is a set sequence you follow to get to the correct torque I would not think they followed the directions. A stack of oil change certificates will not make up for that mistake. i would never go there again.
I think you should name it as your cove! BTW drive truck in to about 2' of that water splash some on it then take pics. Personally I think the dusty pic represent that you had to drive off road to get there and not just out the back of Starbucks!!
Skid plate is missing as well. If the cab corners are rusting then the rockers are as well. I spend about $6k fixing them on my old truck. I would look for a different truck if it were me.
I am running Icon option 3 and the RPG billet 2" shackle and I really feel the truck cycles better then with the stock shackles so it was worth the $$ for the shackles. Mine are black but the orange looks good if you are laying on the ground! LOL!
The red button is the for the LVJ relay panel to trigger the high beam activation. I have one and have had no issues with its interaction with the factory systems.
I got a pelican BX80 cargo box a few weeks ago and so far it’s working well. You do have to be carful if you are using ratchet or tie down straps not to deform the lid. Since I am not doing Baja high speed stuff I think it will fair well. Loading it heavy with lots of tools will make it...
I really like the new trucks 37" package and the new 5 link rear end. The styling is good but not great, my Gen2 has grown on me but I will still always love the Gen1 styling the best. I will be ready for a new truck in about 2 years and will not hesitate to buy the Gen3.
Option 3 no load, 1/2 fuel
RR 44 1/2". this one dropped 1/4 over 1800 miles to 44 1/4
LR 44"
Option 3 & RPG 2" over stk. shakes no load, 1/2 Fuel
RR 43 1/4
LR 43"
These measurements were taken 3 months, 1800 miles apart. The right rear spring actually dropped 1/4" in that time so the 2" over...
Installed Black +2 billet RPGs today on my Icon springs Option 3. I ran the stock shackles for about 1800 miles at option 3 expecting a bit sag that has not happened. My truck was to high in the rear even with Eibachs up front and now looks close to level front to rear.
That looks like the end of the arm where the slip joint is, or it could be the other end at the diff. My truck is not near me so I can’t confirm for sure.
