Reinforced spindles, all new bushings, ball joints, UCA, alignment kit, tie rods, end links, both sides. Drives nice ~ Every single part was loose enough to warrant replacement. Drive hard, maintain hard :)
I did all my Raptor door panels in Kno noise Kolossus (like Dynamat, but thicker) at 25% coverage, ensuring I got behind the speakers. It makes a noticeable difference, great for sound quality. Doing 25% on your doors is probably the best bang for the buck mod you can do for a stereo system...
Wheel speed sensors. It seems like when we were in your front left there was some kind of problem with one of them. I will look later and see if I can find a way to test them. I think they are just hall effect, so if anything the harnesses could be damaged.
There is a pretty good discussion of that here: https://www.diymobileaudio.com/threads/measuring-sound-deadening-improvements.7818/
The reason your fluffy pink insulation worked so well is it was effectively a broad spectrum absorber. A lot of people in home audio will run stacks of rolled up...
What are you trying to change? I will look for the spreadsheet.

Here you go. Click the tabs at the bottom to see all options.
Any 37 is really overkill for a "mostly on the street and long trips" truck :) The at3 is a good choice, the load range d with all that sidewall will ride nice, and are quiet. They are 10 lbs/tire lighter than what you are running now and if you go to the 13.50 atx they go up to 73 lbs which is...
Increase load capacity means increase in resistance to compression. Weather or not it's going to be "too harsh" is subjective.
Throw them in, tie a few sand bags down in the very back of the bed, call it good. As you add weight remove the bags.
As I was being facetious here is a more comprehensive list: https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/raptor-changes-year-by-year.15443/
Truth is it doesn't make a whole lot of difference. Unless you want a specific color that was limited all the trucks are plenty good. The 12 is not "the worst...
Whipples are loud, Roush are quiet. Once it clicks to your brain that the supercharger noise means fun and acceleration g-force you will love that noise.
It will not tone down your low end, it might soften your shifts a little but that isn't what a stall convertor is for.
Stall is the RPM at which the convertor stops multiplying torque and goes to a 1:1 ratio. They are often used in vehicles with big cams, or small engines that rev high, or...
CCF is a decoupler, not a deadener or damper. Chances are you killed some rattles, tightened some things up, and that's it. If you want to get a little more serious about making quiet happen lay mass loaded vinyl over the CCF. MLV is a blocker, and can be had inexpensively from construction...
Pop and crackle on decel is due to DFCO (Deceleration Fuel Cut Off) enable speed and timing retard out of power. Its a tuning choice, nothing to do with "too rich" fueling.
If you think its the tune causing the shift problem, unload the tune, drive it again. If it alleviates the problem let...
I thought this was a nylon lock nut... I was just in there weekend before last and I do not for the life of me remember. Rebuilding the front right side suspension this weekend, ill verify.
Convertor does nothing for "big end power", unless your stock one is slipping. These are factory lockup convertors, the aftermarkets are lockups as well. Once you are past the stall and into lockup there is no difference between an aftermarket and stock convertor.
Gearing may not necessarily...
Whatever happened with this?
Akley had sent me his tune and it did not look like a cam tune to me, did not have any optimization in it, that was April.
This package should make power on these trucks, but the tuner has to actually tune the truck.
It's not worth using... You have to clean the truck to perfection which takes hours and hours and it just doesn't last :/ worth stepping up to something like cquartz once you have that time invested. Its pretty much just spray wax.
I was really disappointed.
That fuse is to protect the wiring. If the fuse is rated higher than the current the wire can take the wire itself will melt down (wire becomes the fuse), putting a lot of heat (IE fire) into whatever is around it. Refer to this chart, don't exceed the fuse rating for your wire gauge and run length.
