Find a low mileage used unit off of some place like car-part.com. It will cost less than a rebuild and will be of OEM quality.

Avoid E range tires, they will ruin your ride quality, and don't really do that well off road unless you air way down. Try to stick to a C if possible, sidewall flex is a good thing. Besides that, this truck doesn't have near enough payload to warrant an E range.

Those are just the ball joint numbers. It should have 2 bushings that connect it to the front subframe or frame, I haven't had one that far apart.
