Sorry to hear but yes I would agree you need a new tranny. My 18 same as you described except at 5,500 miles. They replaced with new tranny after 30 days of other BS. You must have an ESP? Get it fixed and get a ‘19, work a deal with your dealership. What I did and it feels night and day...

Update for my situation: It arrived 1/21 to dealer, so dealer informed me by text. I can’t pick up until Saturday 1/26 as I am traveling. Here is to hoping they stick to our agreed to trade in deal for my 2018 that we agreed on 3 1/2 months ago and 5,000 miles ago.
