    It was freshly rebuilt by us, with 200 psi(QA checks before they leave the shop). Cross threading the cap and getting it to fully seat on the body is a hard feat. Our technicians hand screw the caps on to ensure no cross threading. There are many reason we offer NO warranty if you continue...

    The raptor has an odd length on the front shock and there is no stock direct 2.5" replacement available(other than ours). In order to run an "out of the box" 2.5" with DSC you would need a mid travel kit like SVC's.

    That all depends on how you drive your truck. Rebuild intervals would be the same as your stock fox shocks, 30-50k miles. And quite possibly more miles than that.

    It depends on if your shocks have any actual damage to them(shafts, bushings caps etc) Basic rebuild cost for all 4 shocks is $500 +shipping and obviously any upgrades through us.

    That's definitely blown a seal. Its cheap to rebuild them yourself, the trouble comes in the the specialty tools you need as most people do not have them. If you are interested in having them rebuilt, check out www.forged-offroad.com

    Breaker bar for sure, or a good electric impact like a Milwaukee, those put out some serious ft/lbs of torque.
