Yes sir its coolant temps,and I do run a Full Race radiator.
My other guess would be a head gasket and I already did contact Ryan at Rm motorsports for a head gasket.
Sorry but I do disagree after i did my Full race radiator and locally fabbed inter cooler my temps dropped 5 to 7 degrees depending on the weather.
Prior to this setup when i used to run everything OEM, i used to have overheating while off-roading.
Now I am trying a new inter cooler setup...
I would definitely do 456 for a 37's and 488 for 40's.
A tune and a re gear should wake up the truck on 40's but you need to add a trans cooler if you will be off roading the truck.
Is it in all gears?
I used to have that bad downshifting and couldn't figure out what was the problem till I noticed the gear selector on my dash.I shifted up removed that gear selector from my dash and things went back to normal again.
It might not sort your problem but its good to know.
Why go this route with all the hassle and the possibility of the engine working or not without any issue.
Why not go with the same limited engine and do bolt on's to match the Raptor performance.
I was thinking the same with bump it would be a great deal with no hesitation.

I had this idea of going Kings 3.5 but the cantilever is designed for 3.0’s kings and Foxes.

You wont regret the XL80's.
I like them more than my 4 lp6's combined with a 20 inch Onx bar.
I run them on my A pillar with a driving combo lens with no glare.
You can also pair them with S1's to cover the sides and have a better wider spread.
Nice I am loving the project but you need to know.
It wont be cheap.
It might exceed your plan time frame.
It might hurt your bank account.
You might face problems with the builder so you need to be careful.
You will lose the 4x4 which is a big advantage in the Raptor with having the extra...

Yea I have seen this video and to be honest I liked it although people that tried the kit didn’t like it.But I am pretty sure RPG will put a great kit.
I’ll just be waiting for someone to install it and go ahead. With it I’d proven good.

I am just in the love with this setup.
But I do not have any experience with cantilever setup. I have asked few people about the cantilever in general and no one have advised me to go with this setup due to shocks sitting horizontally which results other parts on the truck getting the impact...
