I'm sure there are some out there willing to sell to you. They used to have no problem selling to us Canadians, but ford cracked down on it a while ago.
Maybe find a slightly used one down south to avoid the hassle of buying new cross border?
how light do you guys think the lightning was? your talking like its insanely lighter than current F150's
just googled a bit. came up with these numbers (no idea how accurate, so take it with a grain of salt)
03 lightning curb weight: 4670
13 F150 reg cab short bed curb weight: 4,925
250 lbs...
Not to mention it kills 2 stroke engines and doesn't last long at all before it starts seperating.

get ones that dont require a special key. those things are a waste of time and money imo.
if a theif really wants your tires/wheels, he will be prepared for locking lug nuts. and it wont make a difference. I lost my key for my stock ones on my ranger, took me 5 extra seconds to get them off...

there's a few tires out there with very very similar tread patterns, the difference will be the rubber compound and possibly sidewall.
cant say i recall anyone on here running the fuel tires for any amount of time to compare them to the toyos though.

And more of a bad thing doesn't make it better.
Ethanol burns faster than straight gas. Adding more of it won't make it better. I'm not speculating, and I don't need to try e-30 because science tells me it will be even worse than e-10.
