Any word on when these'll ship?

So I went ahead and ordered 2 new actuators, 2 hub assemblys, vacuum line, and vacuum solenoid. Just gonna replace it all. Wasn't to bad either- less than $400.

Thanks Joseph. Do you know what interval ford suggests for replacing? I've got about 50K on it now.

Problem is I can't get the freaking shaft out of the hole. Can't push it baxk far enough. Think I'm gonna have to take off brake line and wheel speed sensor line.

I'm getting the clicking in 4WD so I pulled one of the IWE's out. The gears look fine to me. Thoughts? Haven't looked at the other side yet. (I'll have to post pic from my phone)

There are a ton of us running this exact setup. What would cause the bulging tire to be ruined according to your tire guy?
