I'm pretty sure this knock is NOT cam phaser related. But what is it. It's random and not cold start related. There are 2 clips. One normal and one with the knock. It's kind of hard to hear but you can. It is more pronounced live.

OK The 21B10 that just recently popped up in my FordPass app is really for 21B10S2. It is not the original 21B10 from back in March. So they will be doing 21B10S2 Saturday morning.

OK, I found a few. They all sound pretty much the same. Multiple knocks. All were more than one. I think my single knock is louder and maybe a little later in the start process but sounds similar. It only happens on cold start and not every day.

But does it sound like I am hearing or feeling cam phasers or transmission shudder?
