GEN 2 2019 auto memory seat/side mirrors/stearing wheel settings

Ok, there are 3 memories for these things. I am on number 1, the wife is on number 2. Number 3 is for exiting/entering the truck. The side mirror settings saved in numbers 1 and 3 are the same. So they should not move going between memory 1 and 3. Mine do though. They sort of go hay wire and seem to get stuck. You can hear them clunking and see them trying to move when they shouldn't even attempt to move. It is not always and it's just one side or the other. Never both at the same time. Anyone else experience this? Is something broken on my truck?
