No I totally understand and we never want our customers orders to slip through the cracks like this, thanks for being proactive and friendly about the whole situation.
Hey we apologize about the wait, we have the pulley shipping out Friday apparently there was a hold up with it at Roush. Usually things get done quicker, but we have been busy and Jim Sr.'s been out of town a lot. I appreciate you contacting us and placing the initial order, if there is ever...
Longtube headers and high flow cats were installed wtih the new engine. This is a mild break in tune up as there is only 9 miles on the new motor so far!
Althought a TVS blower is capable of more than 700 RWHP on GT500's and Mustangs it's more difficult to make that kind of power through the Raptor drive train. At lower boost numbers the TVS wont make more than 500-525 but if you spun it to say 12 psi you could probably make 550 RWHP. This truck...
It's a hefty job when doing the gears having a Supercharger already installed. It takes every bit of 2 days to remove the front cover with the blower drive in the way, get the gears installed, and put it back together. On a truck that does not have the Supercharger its about 8-10 hrs...
Right now we are working on a 2013 Roush Raptor that had an oil pump gear failure and caused the engine to lock up. After doing a brake-stand burn out the customer said the vehicle shut off, he tried to restart it and it shut off again, on the third try it wouldn't turn over at all. The...
Most of our Whipple trucks run a 3.25" upper and make about 8-9 psi boost. We've had a few customers drop down to a 3.125" @ 10psi who really want to push the limits.
Roush TVS trucks we usually run the 75mm Phase 2 pulley again 8-9 psi and when that's not enough we sell a 72mm that brings it...
Only a few more in stock, get them while you can guys! Just had a 2013 Roush Raptor show up with broken factory gears and it seized his motor! We have to install a new longblock in the truck...
Very simple, if you have any questions give us a call! Its just simply removing the electronic throttle position sensor connector and TB motor connector (one on each side of the TB) then 4 bolts that hold it to the Roush supercharger elbow. Remove the bolts and stock throttle body, use...
Good video, but this is more of a technical install for sure which does require a good amount of tear down and reassembly before and after what this video showed. This definitely covers the gears going into the pump.
If any one is concerned about doing this install on their own it should...
Just the Raptor... :(
We are going to try and source another manufacturer in the future, but the TSS gears we stand fully behind as we run them in our 1500 HP 5.4L and 5.0L Cobra Jet race engines.

Yes for sure you should do the Kooks 1 3/4" longtubes + Y pipe with High flow cats. Bolts up to your magnaflow and will sound very good, not obnoxious because the magnaflow is one of the more quiet systems.

My guess is the cat was faulty prior to the blower install and the additional heat and air flow cooked its goose. Your best bet is to invest in a high flow header system with free flowing cats that will lower EGT's over 200*F and resolve this issue. The best aftermarket cat and header system...
The truck will certainly have more pedal response with the bigger TB installed. A good test would be to put the stock GT500 TB back on and see the difference. Our tune offers more throttle response as well but we are targeting a more linear throttle pedal feeling to replicate what it would be...
Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks, that would cause a high idle speed. Also what is the idle RPM speed? Which throttle body did you get the twin 65mm Ford racing? If so it might require a tweak to the set screw, call us before you do that though.

Naz,
Give us a call sometime. We could use your programmer if it's a X3 or X4 SCT device. You would have or had to return the tune back to stock on the Expedition first though. If it's not un-locked from the Expe then you would have to send the device to SCT to unlock it which costs $150...
