    When they did the road force balance did they measure the rim runout? If two sets of tires didn't fix it I'm guessing it's the wheels.

    open end splines should solve the problem. If you're using standard duplex height lugs they're too tall

    I can't answer number two for you but I just ordered the same bumper from Jeff and they'll put whatever tabs you want in the slot. I went with a 30" RDS bar and they tabbed it accordingly but I've seen bumpers tabbed for square pods so I'd imagine it's possible if the light cannons would...

    RBP Wheels & offset question

    9" at a +10 wont cause any issues unless you plan to run a larger tire. My only concern with RBP is all of their wheels are a minimum of 45lbs
