Eibach Pro-lift springs installed with pics and comments

Can anyone that's done whatever the shock ride height reset procedure is actually post what's necessary for it? I have Forscan, and can look through there, but figured if someone already has done it and knows what to do, it would save those of us that haven't done it a bunch of time messing...

Forscan - Unfold mirrors at 5mph?

I assumed the "switch" you mentioned in your previous post was the switch to manually fold them in. If that's not it, what switch are you talking about when you said "they will stay folded until u hit the switch"? I wasn't trying to throw another variable in, I was just trying to see if mine...

GEN 2 Ford Pass on IOS14 battery drain

Mine worked okay with the new iOS V14 for a couple days, but then I had 2 days in a row where it was using over 60% of my battery. I first tried deleting and reinstalling it, and that didn't help, so I've deleted the app for now. Hoping they come out with a fix soon!

Forscan - Unfold mirrors at 5mph?

Hmm, that's not how it works on mine. If I fold them in manually (using the fold button, not physically folding them in), they stay folded until I press the button again. But, if I leave them folded out, no matter if I lock the door before I close it, or if I close then lock it, the mirrors fold...

    Premium vs. Plus vs. Regular

$0.19 difference between 87 and 91 here at my local Costco. 93 isn't very common around here, so I just run 91 all the time. https://www.gasbuddy.com/station/44969

GEN 2 Anyone running spring under rear?

Unless I'm thinking about it wrong, wouldn't you need springs with a total "lift" of the diameter of the axle tube PLUS the height of the spring pack itself just to get back to stock height? I just went out and measured that on my truck, and that would be about 7".

GEN 2 Ford Pass on IOS14 battery drain

@El Robo did you see the post by @Proflyer saying that there was an app update yesterday? Did you try that? If you have already installed the new update, did you see this post where @ktownsensation recommended deleting and reinstalling the app?

    Best alternative to Sport Mode

I've always wondered why they didn't allow it to stay in "Tow/Haul mode" when there's something plugged into the trailer harness. Seems like that should be a good default behavior!

    Always wanted one!

Ohh, yeah, if I read it that way, I understand. I didn't know "raptor" could be a verb. Somehow I don't think I'll help perpetuate it! ;)

    Roadmaster Active Suspension - Gen.2

Does it touch while you're truck is sitting level? If so, isn't it going to hit quite a bit more as the suspension compresses if you hit a big bump?

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

According to the TSB, GPL-205...see Donmatteo's post above.

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

She probably didn't know it would be warranty work...or, at least it would make sense if that's why she said it. She could have just been wrong, though! Sill-TerHar Ford

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

Do I just call and ask the service dept if they have it in stock and see if they'll hold it in case I need it for my service appt on Tuesday? When I made the appt, they said a loaner vehicle would be $30/day. Do only certain dealerships give free loaners out? Or maybe because the lady I talked...

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

Well, I'm not sure what happened, but now it's working just fine! I went out to go take a video of what it looks like when it tries to open/close (there's nothing to hear...it only made the loud noise once), but while the video was rolling, I pressed the open button, and it just went ahead and...

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

I've had the seals stick together before, and this seemed like a different kind of noise than the noise I've heard when the seals break free again. I don't really know how to describe it, but it definitely seemed different. I have used some 303 protectant on the rubber to keep the rubber fresh...

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

Is that something that they'll likely have in stock and be able to repair/replace in one day (my appt is for 9am), or do you think it will likely require an overnight visit, in which case I'll need a rental? I guess if they say they don't have the parts at the time, I can just ask them to make...

    GEN 2 Moonroof won't open...loud "clunk"

I went to cycle my moonroof open/closed last night, even though it was in the high 30s out, because I do it every so often in order to keep the seals from sticking. I raised it first, and it opened just fine. Then I closed it. Then I pressed the button to have it slide open to the back, and I...

    Deaver +3 sag/squat when towing

One thing that people seem to keep overlooking is that the overall weight of the trailer is not (directly) connected to the amount of squat/sag. You could have a 10,000 lb trailer connected, but only have a 200lb tongue weight (granted, you'd be subject to a lot of sway with that setup, which is...

Airlift new system installed. Love it

My guess is because the airbags will limit your travel compared to stock. Stock Raptors have 13.9" of rear travel. It doesn't look to me like the bags are long enough to give that same amount of travel. Or, am I wrong?

    Deaver +3 sag/squat when towing

What is the make/model of the trailer? Just because you installed Deavers, it doesn't mean you can tow something with a 1400lb tongue weight, etc (not saying that's what your tongue weight is...just using that as an example). Also, as @CoronaRaptor said, you may not have hooked up the WD hitch...

    Going to Moab this weekend

I don't know anything about the Lathrop trail, so I just looked it up on Google Maps. According to the map (LINK), the trail heads west from White Rim Rd, whereas the river is east of the road. It looks like it connects White Rim Rd to Grand View Point Rd. Is Google Maps wrong, or did I look up...
