Just unplug from the truck's output and throw away everything after it. In your pic here it is the gray quick disconnect with the yellow wire coming out. That will then plug into your oem H13 bulb.

These are a huge upgrade from the halogen headlights but are not going to perform as well as any aftermarket projector. It really just breaks down to if you want oem quality/reliability or aftermarket performance. Ill take some output pics tonight for you so you can compare to my other output...

Since there is no wire harness and you still have high beams I would guess you fried the low beam fuse, located in the lower right kick panel below your glove box. If the bulb or ballast were bad the lights would not work at all. Check out your owners manual for which location the fuse is in...
