Sounds like you wired the inputs wrong for the harness. The harness for your old truck was an H13 so what did you do cut the input off and wire it directly? The output on your current truck is a 4 pin, not 3 pin H13 like the old one. I don't check the forum often but if you need the correct...

The white wire is basically a kill switch so the color shuts off when lows come on. Just wire the red and black to a switch so you can control when they are, driving on the road with any colors other then white or amber is just asking to get pulled over.

Did the truck come from the factory with OEM HID or halogen? Both lights or one?

What wheels are those? Look similar to mine, did you dip those as well?
