I wheel alone quite a bit and a good winch is a must. Warns are also great winches and you can usually find them on your local Jeep forum for significantly less.

Could this be accomplished using some parts from the GT500 bin? The trans from that car should at least be strong enough.

I ordered this plate today. I will be using a warn 9.5ti winch with cable and a steel hawse fairlead. I love the way it looks with the stock filler panel. I will post some pictures when I get to the install. Thanks for the write up.

I got my truck on Tuesday, Aug 20th! Ordered on March 20th so 5 months to the day. Thanks to Blood and everyone else for helping with the grueling wait. It was certainly worth it and I couldn't be happier.

I just called SVT this morning and I'm still unscheduled clean at 13Weeks :( What do you guys tell people when they ask why it takes 4 months to get a truck?

I also ordered from Tom Jones on March 19th and received my DORA the next day, 3/20. May 7th was 8 weeks and there are three trucks ahead of mine. Hopefully I see it in the next month or so.

If my order was a Priority 19 and there are three trucks ahead of me at my dealer, what sort of position am I in? I asked my sales man about the priority # and he really didn't know much.
