Heading out to do a little pre-running tomorrow. Thought I would share a few pics of the GSi Motorsports Raptor and how far it's come along.

It's great that you should carry a complete tie rod assembly, as I have experienced a replacement in the field before in our Raptor group. Just remember to bring a large enough wrench to remove the tie rod from the steering rack.... Even an aluminum pipe wrench would be handy for this.

PS Rack Bolt Torque When Replacing or removing the PS Rack bolts for the Raptor, Ford recommends replacing the bolts with new ones. Bolt Part # W713954 Torque Bolts to 325 lbft.

Looking for opinions from guys that have full wraps and have run in the bush off road. I am hearing that my wrap will only last 6 to 8 months if getting significant amounts of pin striping.... my installer suggested a 3M clear wrap over the sides and front of the truck. Wrap by Josh at Designs...

Probably just the heim joints are worn out on the tie rods and they don't know what to do with them. so they will replace with oem tie rods :( crazy guys!!

RDFTS - NO. Must have switches in order to use the iphone control/app Uses Bluetooth connection.

RDFTS - The smartphone control is an upgrade to the existing system. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the in cab switches. If something happened to your phone such as a dead battery, you would still have control with the mechanical switches inside.
