Did you get this in writing? Document it! No one else so far has an R that sounds like this. I would keep fighting Ford to figure it out. Post it all over social media with multiple videos portraying the problem sound.

Anyone have a dyno near you? I used to run a dyno at my shop and helped many times to figure out where the noise/issues are coming from. I also understand there is a cost involved and well...Ford needs to get this figured out but if you keep getting nowhere with them, this is an option. Hope...

since the New TSB 24-2212 - reprogram HVAC was performed. A/C has been ice cold and consistent so far. Been 82-90 deg this week.

Each time I brought it in, they saw the issue. So I have not encountered that with my A/C issues.

Just dropped off my R to the dealer again this morning for the exact same issue. Hope they/Ford figure out why this keeps happening.

If Whipple is unresponsive and no refund after 3 weeks, I suggest taking it to social media. May have a better chance.

Would be hard to hear gear whine over the supercharger whine while on the butt dyno.

I have used PlyCar (open carrier) for both my Raptor and Raptor R without any issues.

Just say NO to Hennessy. If you need more reasons to talk yourself out of it, read the horror stories on Viper and Corvette forums. Or read the Jalopnik articles for a summary.

I think they were never removed for Canada, only the US. I could be wrong.
