Thanks for the offer, but I dont know what else can be done. I took it in for repair, it doesn't work after they said it did. It DID start working the next day when I checked it a couple of times, but then it stopped and hasn't worked since. The truck is a 2012 and has just over 36K on it...

I guess I'm lucky, my rear defrost doesnt work. It started out with intermittant operation when new, then less and less reliable, then it doesnt work at all. Dealership looked at it last week, said they cleaned (the already cleaned) contacts. Picked it up, not working. The thing that bugs me...

Yup, I ran into a dealer that said they got a TSB . They said the TSB said if you adjust to mid-perch, Ford will void ALL warranties. I called BS and they wont show me the TSB. A recent follow-up indicated that they "misunderstood" me and it was fine.

How about going to mid perch? I'm putting another Chicago area group event together soon. P.S., welcome!
