I got four 120AH AGM batteries with a Magnum 3000watt pure sine wave inverter/charger in my RV.
That is 480AH available, but deep cycle batteries don't like to be fully discharged.
Take them sown to no more then 50% and they will last for years.
Take them down to 80% or more and you can kill...
If spacers are used to correct minor offset problems, and there are properly engineered and fitted, there is no problem.
If it requires longer studs torque needs to be addressed.
If the spacer exceeds the hub centering step the wheel needs to be machined to accommodate.

Causes for stuck bolts:
Corrosion; Galling; Cross threading; Incorrect threat locker; Excessive torque... and Improperly tapped threads.
On a new truck I would assume the last one.
Get a quality impact driver (not from harbor freight) Snap-On makes a great on.
Note:A impact driver is a tool...
Been contemplating the issue some more...
The OP's mounts were only partially welded (the lower two third)
The normal F-150 is not likely to see full shock extension during jumps and the main loading is only from the resistance of the chock.
The Raptor during jumping will see full shock...
I believe the upper reinforcement needs to be welded on to be functional...?
