How does it cycle before stopping? You may have a scarred or bent shaft? Usually when the IFP (Internal Floating Piston) bottoms out in the Reservoir, you can still pull the shaft out... you will be simply pulling an internal vacuum.

Daily Driver fee free to keep them at 150... Only when you really increase shaft velocities will you need 200PSI. Most Raptor Runs will have someone with N2 so you can increase pressures when you get to the events. Just make sure ahead of the event. Then drop them back to 150 for the drive...

Simple easy correction... 4 1/8" wider per side.. Axles are 7" longer than stock so CV angles are less than stock.
