The front license bracket was installed by my dealer and we are not required to have them in AZ. With it being riveted in what is the best way to remove? Will I have to drill it out?

Got mine today with orange accent... I think it looks fantastic. I canceled carbon fiber and I am personally glad I did as I think the orange panels blend better with the seats and stitching.
