I have Rigid hyperspot cubes on my bike, they shoot light VERY FAR! but not out to the sides at all, you really need a combination. Maybe those BD may be better overall for that? The ones I saw at TMX were brighter than Rigid which really impressed me! I do want hyperspots for my truck though.

I can't solder for crap, so just cut it down stream and twisted on the new ones with electric tape. never had an issue doing this and enough slack to undo if ever needed. Works well for the radio.

Question: do the holes and slots cause problems with dirt and rocks?
