What would be a fair price to have the NavTV installed in my 2013 Raptor? I will most likely have a shop in my area do the install. One Navtv dealer quoted $90 an hour and estimated 1-3 hrs labor.

Just get it. You won't be disappointed. At least you are not paying MSRP. I do like CoronaRaptor's suggestion on getting the extended warranty at cost. You could ask them to do a mid-perch & alignment for free. That would be no real out of pocket cost to them.
