Because there are inherent things that need to be fixed on the initial cracking of an ECU. My tuner needed to hit up HPtuners about a pressure/boost/timing issue when tuning my truck and he regularly tunes 1000HP+ mustangs.
I got my wheel wells Line X'd. Its easy to clean and fills in some of the gaps and crevices where stuff can hide. It was 250 extra when I did my bed. Its completely worth it to me.
Since the new numbers are so low, I believe more that its an assembly/QA issue as opposed to a full blown problem. All vehicle lines have problems. Even your godlike 5.0 assembly line.
Wastegate rattles I have seen 3 people with so far and the cam phasers have been 2 people so far. That is not a lot in the grand scheme of how many trucks have been put out so far and have some decent mileage on them already. Even at higher than stock HP levels.
