When I do get a Raptor, I will PPF and ceramic coat it as well to keep it nice for a long time, but I will still get it dirty.
looks like you had a lot of fun!
I did buy some key tags and a few shirts from the first Raptor giveaway he did. The key tags came in an envelope that was hand written addressed to me. I thought that was strange... but the part that got me was that I wanted to exchange the Raptor hoodie I got because it didn’t fit right, but...
Reading through the rules on his Web Site, it looks like he is not running it through a third party sweepstakes company like other places do. That’s red flag number 1. Number 2 is the lack of details about the truck and the fact it says it’s a 2019 when it’s really a 2018. He even replied to my...
Half knowing that it’s probably BS, I did ask the guy some questions about the truck on a post to one of his Facebook posts and it took a while for him to respond, but the details were very limited. That was red flag number one. Red Flag 2 was in the rules link on the link above. Very limited...
Does anyone know Raptor Power Garage, or familiar with the guy that runs that site? He is giving away another Raptor. This time he is not selling merch, but tickets at $200 a chance. Link below. No build sheer is given, and it looks like a 2017/2018 truck, but the rules says it’s a 2019...
Exactly what he should have done! Content like partnering up with a shop to fix or upgrade things is always interesting to watch. Stangmode did great with his blown GT500 engine! (Just a good example )
I think KIDOR ruined his chance for good channel content and the chance to grow his YT channel.
I was wondering when someone would post about this video. I follow this guys YouTube channel and cringed at what he did to fit 37"s.... in a way I feel bad for the problems he has with his Raptor, but on the other hand when you have done that much to something and run it hard things can break.
One of the downsides of the Toyota 4.0 V6 is that the oil filter is located at the top of the engine on the driver side. When you remove it, the oil gets all over the place and leaks down the pet cock onto the oil pan. Since I don't like to change the oil on my wife's Tacoma I make her take it...
I don't have a Raptor yet, but I can tell you that the exhaust is one of the least things on my list about getting a truck. For me its about the function and will it hold up to the trips to the field/duck blind/lake etc and get me back home and be comfortable while doing it. For me a Raptor...
Defensive driving helps out too. Ever since I worked with AT&T and went through that class I do drive a lot differently in the snow and ice. But I also do know how to handle myself in those conditions.
That seems logical. Summer starts on June 20th and ends on September 22nd. It wouldn’t surprise me if they did hold out till the first part of September... or if they delay them like they did with the Bronco.
Only Ford knows. I really want to know more details and pricing too. It looks like it still going to be months before they give anything else up as far as pricing. I for one want to know what the official horsepower and torque numbers are for the HO Ecoboost.
I’m just waiting on Ford to announce pricing and the configurator to go live in the Web site. Finding a dealer at this point that won’t charge over MSRP is not on my mind. But I already have a good idea on which dealers are going to mark them up here in St Louis.
And I know you will probably see me when Im rolling around Clayton after I do get a Raptor. Im not going to get one that has the 20"s on it. The look of the 17" Wheels just looks more fitting, and doesn't blend in with all of the Chevy/Ram guys that throw on 22"s with the Rough Country Lift Kits.
