I've Owned my Raptor for 2 Months, It's been at the dealer for Most of it

There is not that much current in an LED aux light kit to mess with VREF sensor. It could *maybe* effect a hall effect sensor, or unshielded can bus. But those are generally run in twisted pair to prevent interference.

Full Race's "Gen 2.5" Raptor build

An easy test would bt to put a fixed volume pump in and see if the issue persists. If they're running a stock oil pan, my money is on oil starvation though. Draining the pan on the 2 step, then what little oil is left in there sloshes away from the pick up under the high G load of the launch

Full Race's "Gen 2.5" Raptor build

There is nothing wrong with the vane style oil pump. Its actually how a lot of hydraulic pumps, including power steering pumps, are built. They can flow a lot with very high pressures (3000-4000psi) and are highly reliable as long as the fluid they are pumping stays (relatively) clean (power...

    SOLD 2014 SE 33k miles

It's an asking price, pretty good starting point IMO. At that mileage its certainly worth over $40k, especially given the recent maintenance/repairs to get it ready to go.

    Performance Break-In Period

This. All of the engines I build get about 50-75 miles of medium accel + full vacuum decel with stop n go driving, then right on the dyno for power pulls/tuning.

    Lower Control Arms

Thats the truth. The added bypass does for sure help though. And not everyone wants the truck another 6-7" wider.

    Lower Control Arms

The front suspension travel with one of the upgraded 3.0" coilover options is over 13", adding a bypass would 100% add performance. More/better damping does more for suspension performance than really anything.

    Performance Break-In Period

I wouldn't be surprised if it greatly reduces available torque until the engine is up to temp, and maybe even leaves the live valves wide open because the shock oil would be quite thick. Purely guessing though.

    Shock Therapy getting into Raptors

See. that valving is really close the same front and rear. I said I couldn't remember if comp/rebound was same, or if front/rear was same. It's front and rear that's basically the same except the last fulcrum shim, on my truck I don't think the fulcrum was even different, but it's been 5 years...

    Shock Therapy getting into Raptors

The shims/valve stack. It's the same stack on the compression and rebound sides. I know the piston is the same.

    Shock Therapy getting into Raptors

It's compression/rebound valve stacks are the same, or front/rear is the same. Been a while since I've been in a set og Gen1 shocks. Can't remember 100%

    Shock Therapy getting into Raptors

Fox tuned our trucks with input from ford, and to make the truck appeal to the masses. The OEM valving can 100% be improved upon. Prime example is the shim stacks are the same front and rear. That being said, the OEM 2.5" shock on the Gen1 are mediocre at best. I would skip the...

GEN 2 Beware if you pull your Raptor (F150) behind a motorhome. Transmission trashed….

Retaining a lawyer to sue ford would cost more than replacing the trans and moving on.

    GEN 2 PPE Transmission Pan

I have the PPE pan, it fits well and doesn't leak. All you can really review on it lol Amsoil and Red Line do not have a ULV ATF, only options are Ford or LiquiMoly TopTec 1850. I'm running the LiquiMoly in mine and it's been doing well for the past 15k miles.

Everyone's manual say this? Oil related

It's def not 5w20. 5w30 is the recommended oil for ecoboosts.

Everyone's manual say this? Oil related

The 2015-2017 F150 had a naturally aspirated 3.5L duratec V6 as the base engine. I think that is what those specs are for.

AERO6-DM Direct-Mount Truck Front Brake Kit- 2020 Ford Raptor

Do those rotor on this kit clear upgraded tie rod ends with a 7/8" heim joint? Also, how do they do with towing compared to stock?

ATS Chemical 505 CRO oil treatment

All these cleaner additives are mostly snake oil. Modern engines with modern oil that get on time oil changes don't really have sludge/deposit issues. And if you're buying good fuel from good gas stations, the fuel has cleansing/detergents additives in it. So the fuel system cleaner isn't...

How touchy is Ford warranty and oil type?

These engines do not need some of the additives that are in diesel oil (specifically some of the high/extreme pressure anti-wear additives), and these additives can cause issues with the catalytic converters. You should use gasoline engine oil in your (looks around) *gasoline engine*.

Raptor R Long tube headers - none available?

They'll bolt up to the motor. But even in a Mustang, header fitment is TIGHT. I would only buy them with the assumption they may not fit and you'll have to try reselling them at a loss because you won't be bale to return them. With any mustang part, you will definitely need to do some exhaust...

Raptor R Long tube headers - none available?

I'm sure at least one company will build them. Plenty of options for the Gen1 raptor, certainly no concern regarding cracking if they're built well.

Will that girdled cover fit? The stock cover is already fairly close to the steering rack.

Should shocks be replaced in pairs?

If the solenoid failed, there should be no need to replace the shock. Also, the dealer is going to retain any parts replaced under warranty, you don't get the option to keep those parts. Ford may want tot he dealer to send those parts back, or they'll be instructed to destroy/discard them.

How much is the wavetrac diff? I don't see it being an upgrade over the OEM torsen as I haven't seen an OEM torsen blow up, its usually the case that fails, like the pics you just posted.
