can you open it , start it back up and leave it open if needed? I just think of all the times im off road in the winter and never shut the truck off and have to get under the tonnue cover, so being in and out of the tailgate is important. I'd hate to have it down and not be able to run the truck.
Has happened to me ever since new with a fill up. I always run the same octane level so hard to believe thats the issue of adjustment. Got to be something else.
Interested in the outcome here. Not a turbo expert but when things are hard to diagnose like this, it usually ends up being something dumb....... or something that isnt what it seems at the surface in my experience.
I once helped my neighbor diagnose an ingition problem on his Malibu Surf...
Only downside is the law of unintended consequences, what else can the dealer mess up when doing the work. This is why i deal with freezing door locks because of the invasiveness of the door lock freezing concern. I haven't had the tailgate issue, but I have a lot of dielectric grease on the...
Black looks better, but offroad id go with avalanche shows less scratches, so in the end for me would look better.
yes always follow your gut. when i ordered my 18 i had them order silver instead of leadfoot and changed to leadfoot at the last minute. Thank god I did. Was not a fan in person...
I see where the paint now was coming off. Id talk to the dealer. You do have to take into account the law of unintended consequences though. That is plasticm piece and composite fender. No corrision, but with the paint already starting to peel it will probably get worse. See what the dealer...
Also to your point, I was thinking about these said "high worth net individuals". The ones that I know are some of the best negotiators I've ever met and while they assess the cost of their time, they will not overpay for something. The OP is right about being writeoffs etc, but the 3 very...
Mine has made strange electical noises randomly since I got it in 2018. They are high pitched electrical. They have been weird but never a problem. I expect it some electrical module powering up.
Lets say for one second that 179k is the true market for this car. Then why should a dealer get it over Ford? The auto companies really need a program to limit what a dealer can sell it for and once it hits the used market, whatever, but its so dumb to list a MSRP as a OEM and then the dealer...
I'm curious, where do these Raptors disappear? Urban areas? Airport Parking lots? They arent in garages? I live in the detroit suburbs and I just dont hear of this around here like I do all over the warm climate areas. Yes, the Airport has issues with Hellcats etc and can be a target and as...
Yea, my grandpa for instance had one a 10 Fusion. Never used it. I've had one on a 12 SuperDuty (was very worth it), 15 Mustang (sold it and got a refund, wouldnt do it again on that type of car with low miles and not a speciality vehicle, so ford wins there), 18 Raptor (still have 3 years and...
