Not bad actually but for anyone doing this install in the future, order yourself one of these quick disconnect tools to help get the tubes off the clean side. Should be 5/8”
yup I agree. They don't hit hard. Its not so much of the hit i was trying to explain.
I had a 22 -37 PP Raptor first with all the cobb goodies, now have the R.
It’s been awhile but I’ve had and built a few banshees, I have some clue.
I’ll elaborate. The R does hit hard like that I agree. It’s the old comparison Sc vs tt. SC are always more linear power delivery.
i'm also probably the unpopular opinion. I prefer the R over the TT EB. I loved my EB raptor but i prefer the comfort power of a sc v8. Lightly roll the throttle and you pass people with ease. the EB loved to be on boost where as the v8 you can lug it around if you want and then let it come to...
Innov8s & M26 Engineering 1.25” collars installed. Rides slightly stiffer than stock. Barely noticeable, will probably smooth out after live valve recalibration.
Update: Rides like stock after re-calibration
Probably not, it is the clean side but here in ca, the upr catch can is tough to get. Lethal performance was able to ship it here even though upr themselves wouldn’t because of the CARB laws. So I figured, I’m going to do this once and get everything.
car and driver posted this picture of a 24 R chassis showing a trombone loop in the factory exhaust system. Can anyone with a 24 R confirm with pictures?
I just picked up a set of R tips. Looking to keep my factory stuff intact and play with an extra set. Mine might sound a little different than everyone else’s considering I have the equal length mid pipe which removed the mid section resonators
I just tried again and was able to get it. I used two mini right angle picks, stubby flat head and used my phone camera as a mirror so I could see where I was prying. I actually started with the intake one, blind side first and then did the single one and it popped right off. After I was able...
right?!? I can get one side but it seems impossible to get the back side blindly and get it to release. Maybe a second set of hands?
Once your able to get one the second will be easier because you’ll be able to rotate the hose
All of them lol except the drain valve kit. I opted for the magnetic drain plug. Having a hard time getting the CSS side installed. The factory yellow clips are a PITA to get off without breaking them.
