Just an update I got the truck back today. All is good now 4800$ later lol. The tech said that debris got in my afe cold air intake. That took out the left turbo impeller blades which got sucked into intercooler and took that out too. I got my tuner to turn boost down to 20psi just for long term...

Ok thanks. I’m gonna have unleashed turn my boost down to 20psi and advance timing if he can a little. I asked goose tuned about it and he said he goes to 20psi Max.

Thanks I appreciate the offer but I think they had the intercooler in-stock and already installed it. They waiting on the turbo and clamps etc. Would of saved me a few bucks for sure intercooler here in Canada is around 700$. will the stock intercooler handle my tune ? More psi create more heat...

Just an update they are gonna knock off like 500$ of total bill. I’m on the hook for the rest the intercooler has a hole in it they found debris inside of it. The blades on right turbo are broken right off. So 4300$ later she will be good as new lol. They said the debris caused the failures not...

Just an update. The dealer had to change the obd connector with a new one to get there big scanner to work. They did a bunch of testing and they said my right turbo is dead. Has a hole in it and does not respond to anything. They are gonna let me know ASAP if they can warranty it or not...

No low battery issues or anything. I put the truck back to stock before I brought it in to them. They are waiting to hear back from a Ford engineer to make a decision on if they will warranty everything.

Yes and it still won't read there code reader any ideas ? They tried 3 of them it will shut the truck off even with just plugging it in then it will throw 10 codes with truck off and say it can't communicate. Can they not read a tuned truck? Torrie at unleashed said comm should be same nothing...

P0299 is the only code I ever got. It I run the truck and have someone Rev it the wastegate actuators open and close both sides fine

Sorry i only have bullydog bdx that's what I'm using for a scanner. Maybe it can read deep codes ? Should I see wastegate move when starting truck?

Hi there it's tuned by unleashed in USA I had 5star before unleashed and liked them way better I'm in Canada. Truck was running so good had trouble getting traction even from a 50mph roll once it was tuned and I had borla put on etc. I will have him check a data log from once it lost boost.

Seems like driver side stuck open when I look at them both I'm not sure but looks that way. Tried up and down driveway with them closed same thing

So if either one was stuck open would it cause no boost and a big leak ?

Hey the passenger side I can move by hand easy driver side can't budge. Which way is closed towards truck or towards bumper?
