2017 no boost

just read through some other threads on this. I have a bunch of bolt-ons and tuning.

Just driving 'normally' and lost boost. No codes - other than when I'm having to floor it to go up a hill - it will post an Turbo underboost condition.
I ran through all the plumbing - all seems fine. I pulled the throttlebody off, intake off, made sure everything sealed back tight.
The wastegates appear to be working.

Not to oversimplify it - but the off the turbo to the intercooler to the intake - that path looks fine. I checked all three lines coming off the intake - brake boost, fuel regulator and PVC.

It's not making any boost - not cycling up and down - but never breaking 00lbs

Thoughts?

Hi there I went through no boost for the last two weeks. Checks all my pipes changed my blow off valve. Mine ended up being a hole in the intercooler and debris took out the blades on my right turbo it’s at Ford now getting fixed.

2017 no boost

I have a 2017 802a raptor. I have it tuned from unleashed,afe cold air intake and Borla Atak exhaust. Today I got that code for underboost now I have no boost what so ever. Any ideas? Could a bad bov cause no boost or just low boost ? I visually checked the hoses going to intercooler etc. Ever...

Thanks - I read your thread.
I think it's the other way around - something got in your intake - broke the fins off your input impellor and those pieces punched a hole in your intercooler.

The intercooler is after the turbos.

Maybe an intercooler leak. Do you have the stock one or an upgraded

I'm running a Cobb FMIC - guess I need to start pressure testing it....

Well after running through all the couplings, connections, pressure tested the FMIC, …etc - I found the issue….
