I have a 2018 Oxford White Raptor in Phx and they haven't knocked on my door yet. My son had joked and said "hey, they're looking for you!" If it's a local truck, shouldn't be hard to track down unless it's in Mexico now.
I use this setup if it's a little tight. To me, oil change on my Raptor is easy peasy. Wouldn't wish an oil change on my son's 2007 Tundra on my worst enemy!
I ended up buying from them because at the time, they were like the only Phoenix area dealer well below MSRP on Raptors. They also had a truck with options I liked. I got them to eat most of the add on crap.
Not exactly off-roading, but this place is pretty cool and just off the I-10 close to Benson, AZ. Either tour is great but looks like they're kinda booked up the next couple days. Several motels/restaurants around Benson.
Enjoy you're trip!

Exactly, for me, splicing in to the upfitter wiring was the easiest part. I wouldn't think of paying any place to hook these kits up. They are made for do-it-yourselfers.
I just installed BD S2 reverse lights. 4X4 LEDs.com included upfitter harness for free. I had a fish tape, but used a piece of coax cable instead. Shoved it through the frame from the front, all the way to back. Then taped the two leads from the harness to coax and pulled back to front...
Ordered the S2 reverse kit yesterday. Too good of a deal to pass up with the free upfitter harness and $50 rebate. Looking forward to getting them on my truck.
Anyone in Phoenix up for a salvage title Lariat converted to a Raptor? Looks pretty convincing. Lol

Good luck with Bell Ford. Like you said, they tell you right away they won't discount hoping you won't test drive. Not sure how they sell many Raptors with their attitude. Salesman was ok, but his boss was an a$$hole.
I bought from Peoria last year and got a good deal. Offered a lot for my trade in too. Most Raptors were advertised well below MSRP. Not so much in the recent past. Here's the only one advertised with a decent discount and no moonroof! Looks like they've had it for a while too...
I would probably never own a Platinum, but my previous truck was a 2014 FX-4 with 5.0. Put a 5 Star tune on it and it was a whole different truck. Ran like a raped ape and shifted perfectly. Kinda miss that truck, but love my Raptor.
Had a medical issue early last year and when shopping for new F-150 to replace my 2014 FX-4, wife said life's to short, you're getting a Raptor. Started looking at lesser F-150's and wife asked "What are you doing? You are getting a Raptor, and nothing else"!
Above cap I'm pretty sure will not work on Gen2. If I'm wrong, I'll stand corrected, but as far as I know, there is no locking cap available for Gen2 trucks.
I think people that want them are more worried about someone putting something bad in their tank, not siphoning gas out.
Pretty sure that tube assembly will be closer to $20 and not $5 as some have mentioned before. I just bought one off Ebay for $17. Still worth it for peace of mind.
