Looks like I'm joining the club of camera issues.

2020 Raptor, and front camera on occasion would go very dark or black. Scheduling an appointment with the dealer for the upcoming week.

I have both the front and back camera out. Just some info. There is a Hugh volume of camera issues on 2020. I have been waiting almost four weeks for replacement and now they are saying the scedule from Ford on receiving the parts is in EXTREME back order. My neigboor works in service at another Ford dealer and he is saying that they are overrun with 2020 bad camera issues. I ask my service person at the dealer I go to and they say in the last couple of weeks they likewise are overrun with bad 2020 cameras. Complying this with Ford manufactoring backup and suppliers running lean because of the virus it has resulted in Ford posting replacement cameras not just as backordered but EXTREME backordered. Sorry may be a wait for the replacement. I would be sure they replace both as both are bad.

welcome to the club lol. My truck sat at the dealer for 4 days before they figured out what was going on, although it also had some carplay issues. They asked me for pictures of it happening so i would recommend documenting every time it goes dark on you. I still havn't had mine replaced but its sitting at the dealer, dont call and steal it please haha

I've been in in this club for some time unfortunately with 3 visits to the dealer on the truck with less than 800 miles

Issue #1: After the rain the truck was completely flooded with water. Video of the issue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18S3wKFFboKwt9LvFEXZJ2uiScLjidy_6/view?usp=sharing

Issue #2: Navigation is off, GPS point indicates location about 300-400 ft away from actual location

Issue #3: Rear camera stopped working, displaying gray screen

Issue #4: Front camera now doesn't work, displaying black or very dark screen

Ford quality at its finest.

Wow i thought i had it bad! That water issue scares me, I sure hope that doesn't lead to other electrical problems. Did it come through a moon roof leak?

I daily a '17 platinum that has seen less visits to the dealership than the raptor purchased in January haha. For the price of the raptor, it blows my mind it doesn't come standard with every 802a feature the platinum offers.

There is an issue with the cameras on certain 2020 models depending on camera type. Clearly, Raptor is affected. The issue appears to originate from the connection between the camera wiring harness plug and the camera body, because applying pressure to the camera connector to camera housing area affects the concern.

As soon as a Service Message is posted on OASIS I will post it here for everyone for reference.
