I am going to a 540 Bertram with two other partners and my buddy is moving to a 47' Buddy Davis on his own.
The Cabo was great, only had generator issues. Turbos did go out in year 3 but were under warranty.
I caught my first dolphin on that boat and many Yellowfin and Wahoo. I caught a Blue Marlin on Labor Day in 2009 (290lbs)and 2010 (407lbs), what are the odds of repeating that in back to back years on the same date haha. We had some good times and I hated to see it go.
Heres a 178lb Yellowfin from a tourny last summer that my buddy (guy moving to the Buddy Davis) caught but idiot on the line (low experience friend) let it get under and it hit the prop so it was DQ'ed from the weigh in, would have won $130K.
