    Good ol' California Cal Trans requires all vehicles to have them in possession at the checkpoint. Kinda silly for trucks that are well equipped but that's CA for ya.... Thread update: I was able to find a set to borrow from a buddy who's local.

    Anyone in Orange County have a set of snow chains for 37's that I can buy or borrow? Heading to the mountains and I've heard they're requiring them at the checkpoint. Need to at least have them in possession. They are out of stock at every store I've called.

    Thank you! I don't think they were quite 4" over but they do make the truck pretty level. I had to add more preload to them to get them to clear the 37's. You can easily adjust the preload on the fronts to get your desired ride height.

    You can use spring compressors and do it on the truck to adjust. Did it for added preload on mine.

    I drive a relative's GT350 from time to time and would take my Gen 2 90% of the time if given full rein on the 350. It's a badass car no doubt, but I just prefer the Rap.
