Hello, I have a 2013 Raptor here in Mexico, and even though it is a very popular car in the States and Mexico, we don't have SuperCrews but mine is (I imported it from the US) and it gets a lot of attention... Well, someone just tried to steal it about 2 days ago. The key entry was all forced down, and now I have to change the whole key cilinder just for precaution. It also had the alarm disconnected.

I didn't know where else to put this thread, so I thought to give it a try in general discussions..

All I want to ask you guys is..

1.- Which steering wheel lock or wheel claw/lock would you recommend as the heaviest, strongest, and efficient out in the market?

2.- Because it is very easy to acces, even without unlocking the hood to reach for the alarm cable. What would be good to cover it/hide it or what do you recommend doing in this case?

Thanks for your attention and answers..

I'd also recommend a camera that Ironman has. That way the would be thief can be caught if they ever unsuccessfully try again.

The alarm disabling he is talking about is something pretty easy to do.

You can reach into the grill with a stick or something and pull the wires out of the horn, it's something that has been happening in Baja.

That's a place where only bad guys have guns, some wear a badge some don't. **** of Mexico... Option two buy a beater and park it where it can be seen and never ever drive the Raptor on the street again park it only inside.. This is why I have guns and you can have them when you pry them from my cold dead fingers...
