Least they have an exhaust startup and rev and he confirms torque will be "well north of 450".
Interior shots are nice, shows where all the offroad buttons are, the auto start stop deactivation button, shows it has push button start and not a key like the last Ford video showed (which was talked about in another thread here). Has a nice run through of the instrument cluster and modes.
Also shows you can lock out whatever gears you want to so if you want the transmission to only have 4 gears you can lock out the other 6. Want it to have 6? You can lock out the other 4. Thats a pretty sweet feature that we previously didnt know. That in itself can be very beneficial for different offroad driving, will help with the "searching for gears" problems.
Ford rep in the video confirmed "Orders for the new Raptor open later this month".
Doesnt really tell us much but at this point everyone is grasping for anything new even if its just some footage.
Guess, personally seeing the 2017 at TRR and hearing it matters too.
HP numbers haven't been released, so North or South right now doesn't matter.
Interior looks the same as I saw it. I will say the seats are more comfortable than Gen1, I did notice that.
Lock out gears, that is nothing new. Ford has been doing that for awhile now and is available in the SelectShift in the current GEN1. That's how I drive off-road most of the time, locking out 4-6 and eliminating 3 when I need only 2nd and unlocking 3 when on a straight-away. Shoot that was available in my 2011 King Ranch.
The footage was good just would of liked them to talk about some new stuff, that's all.
