I have tried searching for hours now and can't seem to find the exact part number for the gorilla black lug nuts for the OEM wheels...can someone please help me out! Thanks in advance

Problem with FRF search is that it doesn't recognize the lettered words.
You can use Google to search FRF and that will help you a lot.

This is what I bought.
Note the change in size from 13/16" to 7/8". You will want to carry a proper lug socket with you in the truck.
