Final Pics. Compressor/Hornblaster Installed! now with Sound Clip
1st thanks to James and Forum Vender, Alternative Offroad for the great system!
2nd thanks to my install shop for an excellent and stealthy install.
I will make a sound clip for you guys tomorrow....but I can at least share this much with you now.....It's one LOUD ************!!!!!
One the practical side, I now also have an onboard 150 psi compressor for airing up and all air tool needs. Was using last night and its awesome. Like having a portable shop with you at all times.
I took a number of pics for you guys. The first pic shows the truck flush with the ground showing that nothing can be seen.
Then pics of the tank and compressor. They both fit very nicely under the passenger side. In the next pic you can see how they snaked the airhose extension for the quick connect all the way down and inside the frame to keep it safe and clean. We then installed the quick connect on the left side of the rear bumper inset directly across from the rear tire lower hole. Perfect spot.
As far as the horns. They made a full bracket for a very stealth look. You can not see them under the truck or even when you lift the hood. They are mounted on a custom bracket attached to the skid plate. They used all galvinized sheet metal and hardware so no rusting.
